All classes at the District Wellness Group are offered in small group format to maximize comfort and personal instruction time. Beginners are always welcome. Tai Chi
Tai Chi is regarded as the highest Martial Art. It is known not only for its relaxation and health benefits, but also as an effective and powerful form of self-defense. Wu style, Tai Chi push hands and Tai Chi weapons are taught by Frank Neely.

Kung Fu
Kung Fu is a vigorous form of Martial Art that focuses on conditioning to build one’s speed and power. It is excellent for physical training, self-defense and mental fortitude. Frank Neely offers classes in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and weapons, Southern Tiger Crane Kung Fu and Tong Bei.

Yoga
Christine Ruppert teaches a Yoga Class that follows the Iyengar tradition. Emphasis is given to alignment and precision in postures, along with attention to the breath and optimal relaxation throughout the class.
